Most likely a child's rifle, oval inlay on thumb, moon inlays on barrel stock, engraved eagle inlay on cheek rest and JR in star inlay .

The maker is mistakenly listed as John Roop. Comparison to other rifles in this collection give me confidence that this is Jacob Roop's work.
